There are a lot of fitness guru out there. If you ask the same question you might get different answers. I for one is learning as I go. A lot of my information on how to lose weight and tone up comes from friends, fitness professionals and nutritionist.

Losing weight and exercising is not all about looking good. It’s about promoting good health. It’s a life style. You need to put in time in your busy schedule. I know it’s hard especially if you work and attend school, but if you are motivated you will find a way. Set a goal. 1 month from now. 2 months. 3 months. A long term goal on what you want to achieve.

Remember:

Everyone’s body works differently in which I mean… There are things (exercise/diet ) that works for me that might not work for you…
Keep that in mind. :)


I usually do a mixture of cardio and weights. I also workout to insanity.

An hour of cardio and an hour of weights.

So in conclusion.
1-It’s a life style.
2-Find something that motivates you.
3-set a goal.
